- If you telephone, we will answer your question in as much detail as we can – average calls take around 10 minutes.
As a follow-up for your records, we will email you a summary of our call and our recommendations – this is essential for your accountability obligations under the GDPR. This email follow-up will usually take another 5-10 minutes.
- If you email in, we will usually call you back to discuss the principle of the question, then email you back confirmation of our verbal comments.
In an average month, most clients utilise the service 4-5 times, which accounts for the 60 minutes. If you decide you need more hours over a specific period, then we simply adjust your package accordingly.

*Before we can accept your subscription, we will require you to complete an ‘onboarding’ questionnaire to be completed before the service becomes available. This enables us to get to know your organisation and which of the legislation applies and will be emailed to you.
